Breathless Moments

(since I missed yesterday...)

L is for laughter.

"Laughter is the best medicine."

I do believe that statement to be true - I always feel better after a really hard laugh at whatever catches my fancy at the time.  Usually, it's one of the kids - Ben in particular can really get us going.  I love to laugh and it always feels so good to really laugh long and hard at something.  I think that's one of the reasons I like this new job as much as I do - my office mate and I do a lot of work, but we share a lot of really good laughs along the way.  Makes work so much more enjoyable.

My children are really a constant flow of joy for me, and I do laugh long and hard at some of the antics they get up to.  They are a lot of fun!
