The titles on some of these headings had me chuckling.  Shaking my head, but chucking.

Not to mention the whole scientology thing.

What gets me is that he was so concerned aobut the welfare of the baby during birth that Katie wasn't allowed to make any noise, but they wanted to perform ultra sound scans at a whim?
