Idiots at our time share - LOST OUR RESERVATION for July. I only booked it LAST JULY. They want to move us from a 2 bdroom to a 1 bedroom. With 4 kids. LAUGHED IN THEIR FACES.

Then wanted us to take 2 one bedrooms. Want 4 kids in a condo by themselves overnight?

Waiting for "their" solution.

PISSED OFF does not sum it up.

Don't mess with my FL vacation.
